What You Should vs What You Shouldn't Eat

Today's society has a LOT of rules on what we should eat...and they like to explain it to us in the form of a meme, because regular words aren't good enough, we need fear mongering memes.....

What you should eat...
1) Things you like
2) Things you love
3) Tacos (if you like them)
4) Ice cream (if you like it)

What you should NOT eat...
1) Things you don't like
2) Things you don't love
3) Tacos (if you don't like them)
4) Ice cream (if you don't like it)

It's really as simple as that.
